Because we give so much time to each individual patient, we do not schedule multiple patients at the same time. Unlike airline reservations, we do not overbook our schedule. For this reason, one of the expectations we have from our patients is that they honor their commitment when they make an appointment. We also request timely payment for services rendered. If asked, we would like you to refer others who are like-minded and have a need for the kinds of services that we provide.
