"The thing that stands out to me about Dr. Lais office is the friendliness and professionalism of him and his staff. The office is nice, professional looking, and well kept. The environment gives the impression of someone who cares about their image and that gives you confidence that they will care about the quality of their work as well. I chose Dr. Lais office because I was looking for someone who marketed themselves on the cosmetic end. I also chose him because he was not part of a big practice. I did not want to go to a larger practice and get passed around from doctor to doctor."

"What stands out to me about my experience with Dr. Lais? Everything! This was not my first experience with having work done and my past experiences were nothing compared to my time with Dr. Lais. I was looking for someone very talented. Randy is excited about his work and is a perfectionist. He is concerned about the health of the teeth and gums and is extremely artistic. I was impressed that we had the same goals and the office was beautiful. He is a relaxed and happy person and wants you to be happy as well. The job is not done until you are happy.
