5 Habits that Harm Your Teeth

Most of brush twice daily. Some of us floss regularly. However, a great deal of us are guilty of one of the 5 stressors listed below that could actually harm our teeth. Brushing and flossing are important to keep  your healthy, but are you guilty of any of these habits that could compromise the integrity of your teeth?
