randolph lais, dds, pa
Dr. Lais graduated with honors from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. He went on to serve his country as a dentist in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. During his three years of military service, he gained wide-ranging clinical experience serving under board-certified specialists in the areas of oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics.

FOR 25 YEARS, DR. LAIS HAS BEEN WORKING WITH THE ACADEMY OF INTERDISCIPLINARY DENTOFACIAL THERAPY STUDY GROUP. Their approach is similar to the Mayo Clinic’s in which multiple specialists gather to craft a single patient treatment plan. His clinical focus on creating biology-based long-term health and esthetics rather than engaging the disease-repair cycle sets him apart as a leading-edge practitioner.
He and his wife, Jackie, have enjoyed living in Northwest Arkansas since 1996. Beyond dentistry, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Anthony Delcorral
Dr. Anthony was raised in Western Kansas, graduating from Kansas State in 2015. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2019. With aspirations of serving his country and furthering his education, Dr. Anthony joined the United States Air Force which led him to completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at Offutt Air Force base in Omaha, NE. After his residency, Dr. Anthony was stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base where he served 3 years active duty as a general dentist. Dr. Anthony then joined the Army National Guard. Dr.Anthony and his wife Erika have decided to move closer to home to raise their family. They are expecting their first child in January. When they are not working they enjoy hiking, camping, boating, skiing and being outdoors with their 2 dogs.
jackie
Jackie helps patients enjoy their experience, understand their treatment, and answer questions. SHE WORKED AS A CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT FOR 13 YEARS, AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT. JACKIE ALSO TAUGHT TEAM BUILDING IN DENTAL OFFICES AT NATIONAL DENTAL CONVENTIONS. Raised in Joplin, Jackie and Randy have been married for over two decades. She enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and her two dogs, Madison and Macie.
guanica
With a bachelor’s degree in business and a background in accounting, Guanica has served in dental management for over 20 years. She enjoys being part of a practice where customer service and education are at the core of the practice. A native of Tennessee, she and her husband Ed are proud parents of young adults: Edward III (Vanessa), Joshua, and Anica. Anticipating the arrival of their second grandchild, all available free time is spent with their first grandchild, Olivia.

I’ve lived in NWA for most of my life, and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing it thrive and flourish! I have been in dentistry for 12 years and absolutely love helping our rockstar team take care of our amazing patients! I love spending time with my wonderful husband and our 2 boys that we have been blessed with watching grow into young men— they’re my everything! I love good movies, great music, and whenever we can, turning a weekend into a chance to cook-out and enjoy making memories is always the way to go!
david
David has been assisting Dr. Lais for almost two decades. With a deep interest in the technical side of dentistry, he has become involved in the laboratory procedures necessary to support the delivery of outstanding dental art. He has pursued advanced lab technician training at the Texas Center for Occlusal Studies making him the first lab technician in Northwest Arkansas fully trained in Condylar Centering Orthotics used to treat bite instability.
Parker P.
Parker is a registered dental hygientist who graduated from the University of Arkansas For Smith in 2024. Born and raised in Arkansas, she's built her life surrounded by the people and places she loves most. Recently married, Parker enjoys spending the time with her husband and their two dogs. When she's not caring for patients, Parker enjoys shopping, going for walks, spending time on the lake, and making memories with her family.
Athena
Athena is a Dental Assistant with 2 years of experience specializing in Endodontics. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to promoting healthy, confident smiles. Always eager to continue learning and growing within the field, she strives to provide the highest level of care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Niffah
Niffah is a Registered Dental Assistant who graduated from Carrington College in Tucson, Arizona, in 2023. She was born and raised in Rwanda, a small country in East Africa, and later moved to Tucson with her parents and siblings, where she lived for over nine years. In November 2024, Niffah relocated to Northwest Arkansas with her husband . Recently married, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband, cooking, shopping, hiking, and making memories with family and friends.
